The kids have seen me put notes in Scott’s lunch box and they asked if they could do it too. Usually this means that they want to use my stuff to make their own card but surprisingly this time they wanted me to make it. They picked the stamp set and the papers ( I laid out 7 colors that would work together and they each picked one color) and we collaborated together. I already had a sketch out on my desk and the card came together quickly. They have each picked out the spot on the inside that they are going to write their message.
The kids had fun trying to decided which body parts looked the most like them. I love being able to spend fun times like this with my kids, and it is great to have a hobby that they can help me with.
