It is over 100 degrees outside but Christmas in my heart! I just love Christmas music, I can listen to it year round. Today’s card is a little more Christmas in July. I love the new Dasher stamp set on the under $10 list, I hope to be able to earn the level 2 Dasher Decor Element to make a fun Christmas decoration.
When I sat down with the stamp set, I decided to try and work some more on my brayering. The hardest part was trying to figure out what colors to use. When I figured out the colors I wanted to use the card put itself together. For the sky I inked up some saran wrap in first navy and then silver and then I used a little silver around the ground.
Stamps: Dasher
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Taken With Teal, Not Quite Navy, Night of Navy, Basic Black and Silver Encore
Paper: Brushed Silver, Whisper White
Accessories: Whisper White Organza, Night of Navy Grosgrain, Clear Rhinestone Brad
Tools: Horizontal Slot, Crop-a-dile, Saran Wrap, Brayer, 1 1/4 inch circle punch, Post it note
Pin It Now!
