Now back to the partner exchange box from Monday. The second assignment we had was to create a card with pink in it. This assignment was given in October and was in celebration/honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I was really struggling with a pink card because everything I was creating looked like spring and it is definitely not spring time.
As you can see, I picked Rose Red as my color. Although its name may be red I think of it as a pink color. I used the Bella Toile Background stamp and embossed the image with iridescent ice embossing powder. I purposely left this card with out a greeting so that my partner would be able to use it for any occasion. I really like the way that this card turned out and it would be so easy to mass produce or use in a class.
Stamps: Bella Toile BG
Ink: Versamark
Paper: Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red
Accessories: Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder, Pretties Kit (white flower and rhinestone brad), Flower Fusion Felt Flowers, Pumpkin Grosgrain ribbon
Tools: Heat Tool, Embossing Buddy
Pin It Now!

This is stunning! I hope you don't mind if I use this as a starting point for one of my glitter class projects.
