The final project we were given was to create something of our choice. I have seen a couple of these trees floating around over the years and thought that it would be fun to create.
I used my Circle Scissors Plus to cut out a 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 inch circle. Each circle was folded into eighths and I sponged the edges of each circle to give it more depth. Then I poked them down on a chopstick. The star on the top is 4 or 5 ( I don’t remember exactly, I see 4 in the picture but there might be a 5th hiding) large star punches folded in half and glued together. In this picture I used the baskets and blooms die to create a pot for it to sit in but I could not get it stable and to stand up straight. I decided to change it and stuck the chopstick in a chunk of green floral foam stuff and cover it in Really Rust paper. (To make sure that the layers didn't fall down I tipped the whole tree upside down and applied some crystal effects right around the chopstick where the paper was. It made a little ring type stopper.)
Ink: Garden Green
Paper: Summer Sun, Really Rust, and Merry Moments DSP
Accessories: Crystal Effects
Tools: Stampin Sponge, Circle Scissor Plus and Glass mat, Big Shot and Baskets and Bloom die

P.S. I'm pretty certain you used 5 stars.
